A guided walk of the historic Lace Market area in the city centre led by the Chairman of Nottingham Civic Society. It will last approx. 2 1/2 hours and cover the history of the area, the importance of lace to the city, the great fire, civil war era, crime and punishment, the Victorian/Edwardian architecture, churches and theatres.
