This is our monthly meeting at the Three Magnets, in Leys Avenue. This is one of the main shopping streets of Letchworth, and is a short walk from the railway station, which is served by regular trains between London and Cambridge. The "Curry Club" is back on Thursdays with an expanded range of curries, though other meals are available (standard Wetherspoons fare). A visit to the D H Lawrence Birthplace Museum, Victoria Street, Eastwood, NG16 3AW, to see where this controversial author was born in 1885 and how his family lived.
